A site with room for real bodies

Accessibility Statement

Beauty should never require someone to push through pain, motion, tiny text or unnecessary confusion.

The commitment

The Unbroken Smile is committed to making its website and digital experiences usable by people with disabilities, chronic pain, fatigue, cognitive load, changing vision and different ways of navigating.

What the website supports

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls.
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Visible labels, headings and focus states.
  • A Reduce movement control for cinematic motion.
  • Responsive layouts for phones, tablets and larger screens.
  • Captions or transcripts added to customer video content as they become available.

Known limitations

Some older PDFs, retailer checkout pages, embedded services and videos may not yet meet every accessibility need. Interactive coloring relies on visual and pointer interaction, although the surrounding product information remains readable. The Unbroken Smile is continuing to improve these areas.

Ask for another format

If a page, download, video or product description is difficult to use, email the address below with the title and the format or assistance that would help. A good-faith effort will be made to provide a reasonable alternative or direct help.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback is welcome. Please describe the page, device, browser and barrier without including private medical details. The goal is a useful response, not proof of a diagnosis.
